    Non-standard footprints and odd load profiles are engineered to the application, not forced onto a stock size. Whether the unit calls for an oversize deck, a half-pallet drop footprint, or a heavy single-load rating, the build is dimensioned to your product and run on dedicated cut-shop lines where deckboard and stringer dimensions are held to tolerance, build after build.

  • Block pallets for true four-way fork access.

    Block pallets — nine-block design with full four-way fork access — are built to your dimensions for automated warehouse environments, ASRS racking, and high-throughput DCs that have moved away from stringer pallets. Block construction provides higher rackable load ratings and improved durability over stringer designs, at the trade-off of slightly higher unit weight and material cost.

  • CP, Euro, and EPAL-certified export pallets.

    CP pallets (CP1, CP3, CP5, CP9) for chemical industry exports, plus EPAL-certified Euro pallets (1200×800 mm) for European destinations. Every export build runs through an ISPM-15 heat-treatment kiln and ships with the IPPC stamp visible on the stringer. ePallet maintains the certification audit trail required to keep EPAL licensing current.

  • Government and military specification builds.

    Federal procurement and military-specification (MIL-STD-147 and MIL-STD-1660 series) pallets are built against the government’s own dimensional and weight-rating documents. ePallet holds the manufacturing records, lot traceability, and treatment certifications required for GSA contract delivery.
