Pallet Manufacturing
ePallet owned and operated facilities produce new and reconditioned pallets at national scale. Vertically integrated from standing timber through processed logs and cut lumber to the finished pallet leaving the dock.
Four owned facilities
Our Ohio facilities process standing timber into finished pallets at national scale, fed by 12.75 million board feet of precuts from the Byesville cut shop alone.

Self-sufficient sourcing
ePallet owns the full upstream chain. Our Walhonding site processes standing timber into logs and converts those logs into pallet-grade raw material — 2.5 million board feet of lumber a year. Sugarcreek and Middlefield run the cut shops that turn that lumber into roughly 17 million board feet of pre-cut pallet components annually.
The result is supply security a broker cannot match. When the lumber market tightens, our customers do not stand in line behind a wholesaler — they pull from facilities ePallet owns and operates. ISPM-15 heat-treat kilns across our facility network carry that same vertical advantage through to export shipments, with stamping and chain-of-custody handled in-house.

Manufacturing capabilities
Owned and operated ePallet facilities. Owned ISPM-15 heat-treat kilns across the network. PDS-driven design through Woodpack Global. LoadSync routing tools that turn raw timber into the right pallet for the right lane.
Two combined Ohio cut shops at Sugarcreek and Middlefield convert raw lumber into pallet-grade precuts on a continuous run schedule. Spec changes route to the shop best matched on capacity and species.
Three owned ISPM-15 heat-treatment kilns — Sugarcreek, Middlefield, and Byesville — handle export-bound volume in-house. No third-party kiln dependency, no broker schedule risk.
PDS-driven design through our Woodpack Global membership engineers each pallet for the actual lane and load — not a generic GMA fallback. Same load capacity, less material, lower cost.
Proprietary tooling that models pallet spec choices against real lane data — freight cost, plant-to-plant routing, and customer-side handling. Decisions made on math, not habit.
