We use the information we collect via epalletinc.com, epalletinc.shoppkg.com, and our other web properties, domains, and websites to provide you a positive customer experience, inform you of relevant logistics solutions and provide the most robust tools, supplies, and applications in the pallet management industry. By visiting our website or using any of our services, you consent to ePallet’s collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of information relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy. ePallet may review and update this Privacy Policy without prior notice. Information Collected by ePallet

We may collect data, including personal information, about you as you use our websites, services, and interact with us. Because of the nature of pallet management and logistics services and the varied parties involved in providing services to you, we cannot maintain complete confidentiality of information that is printed and placed in plain view on a shipment or package or that is required to be disclosed in order to arrange, perform, or manage services for you.

Changing Your Information with ePallet

Registered customers may contact ePallet by phone as provided below to request a change to registration information. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

ePallet may disclose information with third-party vendors and service providers that work with ePallet, or to other ePallet companies. We will only share information to these vendors and service providers to help us provide a product or service to you. Examples of third parties we work with are call center operators, shippers, servicers, transportation service providers, brokers, information processors, and financial institutions. Third parties that help us provide the services to you only have access to the information necessary for them to complete their service.

ePallet may be required to disclose personal information to the authorities, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, or other legal entities. We may disclose information as required by law, litigation, or as a matter of national security in the following situations:

Our websites or services may link to third party web websites, services, and applications. ePallet is not responsible for any personal information collected through such third-party sites and services. Analytics

We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our websites and services.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the websites and services available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (California’s Shine the Light law), California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. This feature lets you tell websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. These features are not yet uniform across browsers. Our sites are not currently set up to respond to those signals.

ePallet’s Use of Information for Marketing and Informational Purposes

Registered users and existing customers at times may receive newsletters and other promotional materials from us via e-mail or otherwise. Clear instructions are always provided to opt-out of future e-mails. Furthermore, print materials are sent to existing customers on a regular basis. You may also opt-out of these print mailings by contacting your ePallet representative.

Miscellaneous

Comments, suggestions, or materials sent or transmitted to us, or uploaded or posted by you to ePallet websites shall be deemed to be non-confidential. We will have no obligation of any kind with respect to such comments, suggestions or materials and shall be free to use and distribute them to others without limitation, including, but not limited to developing and marketing products incorporating them. ePallet websites may feature bulletin boards, blogs or forums. Any information that you choose to submit via such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums.

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the websites or services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the websites or services.
