1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using epalletinc.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. The Site is operated by ePallet, Inc., an Ohio corporation, with headquarters at 14701 Detroit Avenue, Suite 740, Lakewood OH 44107. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site’s purpose
The Site exists to describe ePallet’s pallet manufacturing, Total Pallet Management, and related products and services to potential and existing business customers. It is an informational and lead-generation site — it does not by itself create a binding supplier agreement, quote, or commitment between ePallet and any visitor. All actual pricing, scope, and supply terms are governed by separate written agreements between ePallet and the customer.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the ePallet logo and wordmark, text, images, video, infographics, downloadable PDFs (such as the sustainability report), and the underlying code — is the property of ePallet, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for non-commercial, informational, or evaluative purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use Site content commercially without prior written permission.
Third-party marks. Names and logos of third-party organizations referenced on the Site (such as Woodpack Global, EcoVadis, Western Pallet Association, and named customer brands) are the property of their respective owners and appear for reference purposes only.
4. Acceptable use
By using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any contact or signup form.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware, attempting to overload the servers, or bypassing security controls.
- Use any automated tool (including scrapers, spiders, or crawlers) to extract content from the Site beyond standard search-engine indexing.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to encourage unlawful conduct.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any content from the Site without written permission.
ePallet may, at its discretion, revoke access from any user or IP found to violate these provisions.
5. Submissions
If you send us a contact-form submission, a regional-rep form submission, a newsletter signup, or any other communication through the Site, you grant ePallet a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that submission for the purpose of responding to you, following up on your inquiry, providing ongoing service, and improving our business. We will not share the substance of your submission externally except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or trade-secret information through the Site’s public forms. For confidential discussions, contact us directly at 1-888-805-9670 or via our regular sales channels.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ePallet makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but does not warrant that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Specifications, capacity numbers, certifications, and regulatory information (such as ISPM-15 details) are summarized for general education; they do not replace official program documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ePallet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Site’s content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, ePallet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or supply-chain disruption — arising out of or related to use of the Site, even if ePallet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ePallet’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to ePallet’s separate supplier-of-record agreements with its customers, which carry their own terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ePallet and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
11. Changes to these Terms
ePallet may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@epalletinc.com or by mail to ePallet, Inc., 14701 Detroit Avenue, Suite 740, Lakewood OH 44107.
