Hardwood, softwood, or hybrid construction.
Hardwood for heavy industrial loads and repeat-cycle pallet programs. Southern yellow pine and other softwoods for export builds and weight-sensitive applications. Hybrid stringer-and-deckboard configurations when you need hardwood strength on the load-bearing members and lighter softwood on the rest. Material decisions are made against your load weight, your fork-truck pattern, and your replacement cycle — not against a generic spec sheet.
ISPM-15 heat-treatment for export-ready pallets.
ePallet operates certified heat-treatment kilns across its network. Pallets are kiln-dried, heat-treated to the ISPM-15 standard (56°C core temperature for 30 minutes), and stamped with the IPPC mark so international customs accepts them without question. Heat-treat capacity exceeds 1.2 million pallets per year across the network — your export shipments do not wait.
Mold-free with PQ-80 fungicide treatment.
For food-and-beverage CPGs, pharmaceutical packagers, and any operator who has lost a load to mold staining, every new pallet can be dipped or sprayed with PQ-80 fungicide before it leaves the yard. PQ-80 is the industry-standard mold-prevention treatment for kiln-dried wood pallets. Treatment is documented per build and traceable back to your account record on request.
