Reconditioned pallets.

Standard and custom-size reconditioned pallets, held in stock at multiple ePallet facilities for immediate shipment. Buy a full truckload at the lowest per-unit cost or an LTL quantity for a satellite location without paying a small-order penalty.

Reconditioned pallets are the cost-conscious workhorse of a multi-plant program. ePallet inspects, repairs, sorts, and grade-stamps every unit before it ships — and holds depth on the standard sizes so a Monday-morning surprise does not become a Tuesday-morning production stop.

GMA 48×40 reconditioned pallets are inventoried at depth across the ePallet network, with national suppliers on all pallet types. Common custom dimensions — 42×42, 48×42, 48×48, 36×36, and other repeating sizes — are produced on a rolling schedule and held against forecasted demand. If your operation has a recurring odd size, it can be added to the standing inventory program on request.

  • Full and LTL quantities — no minimum penalty.

Buy a full truckload (around 504 to 600 pallets depending on the size and stacking pattern) at the lowest per-unit cost, or buy a less-than-truckload quantity for a smaller location without paying a small-order surcharge. Mixed-size LTL builds — three sizes on one shipment, one BOL, one invoice — are standard practice on the consolidation network.

  • Immediate shipment from in-stock inventory.

Lead Times: 3–5 days for reconditioned and recycled pallets; 7–10 days for new pallets — with vendor-managed inventory services and site-specific inventory controls available to support production upticks as needed. Freight is arranged in-house — full-truckload, LTL, or drop-trailer — coordinated with your inbound receiving window so the dock crew is not surprised.

  • Inspected, sorted, and grade-stamped.

Every reconditioned pallet runs through a hands-on inspection, sort, and repair line — broken stringers replaced, missing deckboards added, loose nails reset, splinters dressed. Pallets are graded A (premium repair, minimal cosmetic), B (functional repair, working wear), or custom grade against your account standard. The grade is stamped or labeled so receiving knows what came off the truck.
