    Remanufactured pallets are not “whatever came off the recycle truck.” Each build is sized to your spec — your dimensions, your stringer pattern, your deckboard layout — using salvaged lumber that has been graded, cleaned, and re-dimensioned in the cut shop. The result is a pallet built to a known specification, just sourced from material that already had one life.

  • Blend of recycled and new lumber on request.

    When a load profile demands more strength than fully-recovered lumber can deliver, ePallet builds a hybrid spec — recycled deckboards over new stringers, or recycled stringers under new deckboards. The blend ratio is documented per build, and the pricing reflects the actual material mix. The sustainability story stays defensible; the load still ships.

  • Traceable origin and certification path.

    Every remanufactured order is linked to a recovery source on file with ePallet — usually an end-of-life pallet stream from another customer in the consolidation network. Heat-treat upgrade to ISPM-15 is available for export-bound remanufactured pallets. Documentation is delivered with the invoice, ready for an internal sustainability audit or a third-party ESG verification.
